Uganda Single-Origin Coffee Discover the refined character of our Uganda single-origin coffee, sourced from the prestigious Sipi region in Kapchorwa District. Grown at elevations between 1,500–2,500 meters, this exceptional coffee showcases a carefully balanced profile with mild acidity and a delicate light body. Tasting Notes: Floral aromatics with subtle notes of dark fruits and chocolate create a sophisticated, nuanced cup.
Varietals: A thoughtful blend of Bourbon, SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain cultivars. Processing: Fully washed and sun-dried to preserve the coffee's natural complexity and clarity.
Brewing Recommendations: For Pour Over: Use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio with water heated to 195–205°F. Brew for 3–4 minutes for optimal extraction. For French Press: Employ a 1:15 ratio with 200°F water. Steep for 4 minutes, then press gently. For Espresso: Grind fine and pull a 25–30 second shot at 9 bars pressure for a balanced, full-bodied extraction. Best enjoyed fresh within two weeks of opening. Store in an airtight container away from light and heat.
