Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and verified.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, severe weather conditions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with resolution, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
