Subscription Orders and Recurring Deliveries

Sonoran Roast Coffee And Tea, LLC may offer subscription products, recurring deliveries, or other purchase options that automatically renew unless canceled by the customer.

By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase program, you authorize Sonoran Roast Coffee And Tea, LLC to charge your selected payment method at the frequency selected during checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage, modify, pause, skip, or cancel eligible subscriptions through their customer account portal, subject to the terms of the specific subscription program.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests received after an order has been processed, roasted, packed, fulfilled, or shipped may apply only to future subscription orders.

Changes to Subscription Products

Sonoran Roast Coffee And Tea, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace subscription offerings, product selections, pricing, shipping rates, delivery schedules, or subscription benefits at any time.

Customers will be notified of material changes when required by applicable law.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because coffee and tea products are consumable food items, subscription shipments that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except in cases of damage, defects, shipment errors, or as otherwise required by law.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions associated with unpaid balances, expired payment methods, or repeated payment failures.
