Tanzania represents a refined single-origin coffee sourced from small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya Region, where Bourbon and Kent varieties thrive at elevations between 1200 and 1900 meters. The region's distinctive clay mineral soil imparts a sophisticated flavor profile featuring delicate notes of pear, floral undertones, jasmine, and subtle strawberry. Our medium-light roast preserves the coffee's nuanced characteristics, achieved through meticulous fully washed processing and careful drying on raised beds.
Brewing Instructions: We recommend brewing with water heated to 195–205°F. For pour-over methods, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and allow 3–4 minutes for extraction. If using a French press, steep for 4 minutes before plunging. For espresso, aim for a 25–30 second pull with finely ground beans. Each method will reveal the coffee's elegant complexity and bright, floral character.
