Peru Decaf represents a refined choice for the discerning coffee enthusiast who refuses to compromise on flavor after sunset. Sourced from the high-altitude farms of Piura and Amazonas, this medium roast showcases the expertise of Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, a collective dedicated to exceptional quality. Grown at elevations between 1100 and 1700 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, this blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties develops a sophisticated profile of caramel sweetness, smooth body, and subtle citrus notes. The beans are gully washed and sun-dried before undergoing the gentle Swiss Water Process decaffeination, preserving the coffee's inherent complexity and character.

Brewing Instructions: For Pour Over, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio with water heated to 195–205°F. Grind medium-fine and brew for 3–4 minutes. For French Press: Employ a 1:15 ratio with 200°F water. Steep for 4 minutes, then press gently. For Espresso, grind fine and pull a double shot at 9 bars pressure for 25–30 seconds, yielding 2 ounces of liqueur. For Drip Machine, use a standard 1:17 ratio with medium grind and brew at 200°F. Enjoy this exceptional decaf as a morning ritual or evening indulgence—the Swiss Water Process ensures every cup delivers the full-bodied satisfaction you expect from premium specialty coffee.
