Grown at elevations between 1100–1700 meters in clay-rich soil, these beans—a blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties—are carefully gully washed and sun-dried by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino. Each pod delivers a sophisticated tasting experience: salted caramel sweetness balanced with bright citrus notes and a silky, refined body. The medium roast preserves the bean's natural complexity while ensuring a smooth, approachable cup that appeals to discerning coffee enthusiasts.
Brewing Instructions: For optimal flavor, use water heated to 195–205°F. Insert the pod into your compatible brewer and brew for 3–4 minutes. For a stronger cup, extend brewing time by 30 seconds. Each pod yields approximately 8–10 fluid ounces of finished coffee. Store pods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness.
