Our Peru medium roast showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, sourced from the lush highlands of Piura and Amazonas. Grown at elevations between 1100–1700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, this blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties develops a sophisticated flavor profile of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and bright citrus notes. The beans are gully washed and sun-dried using traditional methods that preserve their distinctive character. 

Brewing Instructions: For optimal flavor, use freshly ground beans and water heated to 195–205°F. For pour-over or drip methods, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and brew for 3–4 minutes. For French press, steep for 4 minutes before plunging. For espresso, tamp firmly and extract for 25–30 seconds. Store beans in an airtight container away from heat and light to maintain freshness.
