Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor, we recommend brewing at 195–205°F using a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio. For pour-over or drip methods, use medium-fine grounds and brew for 3–4 minutes. For French press, use medium-coarse grounds and steep for 4 minutes before plunging. For espresso, tamp firmly and extract for 25–30 seconds. Adjust grind size and brew time to suit your preference and equipment.
