Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor extraction, we recommend the following methods: Pour Over: Use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio with water heated to 195–205°F. Grind to medium consistency and brew for 3–4 minutes. French Press: Employ a 1:15 ratio with medium-coarse grounds. Steep for 4 minutes, then press gently. Espresso: Grind fine and tamp firmly. Extract for 25–30 seconds at 9 bars of pressure. Drip Machine: Use medium grounds with a standard 1:17 ratio. Brew time typically ranges from 5–6 minutes.
