Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor, use one to two tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of water. Brew at 195–205°F for three to four minutes using your preferred method—pour-over, French press, or automatic drip. For espresso, tamp firmly and extract for 25–30 seconds.
