This medium-dark roast showcases the refined characteristics of shade-grown beans cultivated in Central American rain forests and the volcanic soils near the Amazon, delivering a sophisticated cup with nuanced nutty undertones, delicate fruity notes, and a refined cocoa finish. Crafted with environmental stewardship in mind, each batch undergoes meticulous washed processing and is naturally dried under full sun for up to seven days, ensuring optimal flavor development and sustainability.

Brewing Instructions: For optimal results, use freshly ground beans and filtered water heated to 195–205°F. For pour-over or drip methods, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and brew for 3–4 minutes. For French press, steep coarsely ground coffee for 4 minutes before plunging. For espresso, tamp firmly and extract for 25–30 seconds. Store beans in an airtight container away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness and complexity.
