Origin & Coffee Details

Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties are grown at approximately 1,300–1,700 meters in clay mineral soil. Fully washed and sun dried processing helps create a bold yet smooth cup with inviting sweetness.

Brewing Recommendations

Honduras is excellent in drip coffee makers, French press, pour-over brewers, AeroPress, and espresso-style preparation. Start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and filtered water heated to 195–205°F, then adjust to taste.
