Honduras represents a distinguished single-origin coffee sourced from the renowned Cafe Organics Marcala cooperative, representing the collective expertise of 1500 dedicated grower members. Cultivated in the mountainous Marcala region of La Paz at elevations between 1300–1700 meters, this coffee benefits from mineral-rich clay soils that impart complexity and depth. This medium-dark roast showcases a refined tasting profile of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar, with a smooth, balanced body. The blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals creates a harmonious cup. Each bean is fully washed and sun-dried using traditional methods that preserve the coffee's inherent character.
