This medium roast begins with specialty-grade single-origin beans, carefully roasted in small batches to achieve a smooth, well-rounded profile. Each batch is then delicately infused with premium natural flavoring oils while still warm, creating a rich, creamy vanilla experience with silky undertones that complement the coffee's inherent complexity.
Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor, we recommend brewing at 195–205°F using filtered water. For drip coffee makers, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio (approximately 0.6 ounces of ground coffee per 10 ounces of water). Brew for 4–6 minutes. For French press, use a 1:15 ratio and steep for 4 minutes before plunging. For pour-over methods, maintain a steady pour over 3–4 minutes. Always use freshly ground beans immediately before brewing to preserve the delicate vanilla notes and aromatic qualities. Store in an airtight container away from heat and light to maintain freshness.
