Sourced from micro farms in Alajuela, Costa Rica, this medium roast showcases the distinctive character of Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at elevations between 1,300 and 1,445 meters. The volcanic loam soil imparts a refined sweetness with notes of apple, raisin, and honey. Each bean is eco-pulped and sun-dried to preserve its natural complexity and origin integrity.

Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor extraction, we recommend a medium grind. Use a ratio of 1:16 coffee to water (for example, 25 grams of coffee to 400 milliliters of water). Brew at 195–205°F for 3–4 minutes using your preferred method—pour-over, French press, or automatic drip. Adjust grind size and brew time to suit your taste preference. Store in an airtight container away from heat and light to maintain freshness.
