Brazil Santos represents the pinnacle of Brazilian coffee craftsmanship. This medium roast from Fazenda Santa Barbara delivers an elegant, smooth cup with refined cocoa notes that linger gracefully on the palate. Cultivated in the volcanic loam soils of Paraná and São Paulo at elevations between 750–1050 meters, the Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties thrive in Brazil's ideal growing conditions. The pulped natural process, followed by sun drying, preserves the beans' inherent complexity and character.
Brewing Instructions For optimal flavor extraction, we recommend brewing at 195–205°F. Use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio (for example, 25 grams of coffee to 400 milliliters of water). For pour-over or drip methods, grind to medium consistency and brew for 3–4 minutes. French press enthusiasts should use a coarser grind and steep for 4 minutes before plunging. Espresso aficionados will appreciate a fine grind pulled at 9 bars of pressure for 25–30 seconds. Allow the coffee to cool slightly before tasting to fully appreciate its nuanced cocoa profile and smooth finish.
