For Pour Over: Grind medium-fine. Use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio. Pour water just off boil (195-205°F) in circular motions over 3-4 minutes for optimal extraction. For French Press: Grind coarse. Steep 4 minutes with a 1:15 ratio. Press gently and pour immediately to prevent over-extraction. For Drip Machine: Use a medium grind and standard 1:15 ratio.
