Sourced from the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, these single-origin coffee pods showcase a refined med-dark roast with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Cultivated by skilled smallholder farmers at elevations of 1200–1600 meters, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals thrive in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil. Each pod reflects meticulous hand-picking, wet-hulling, and raised-bed drying processes that honor the craft of Balinese coffee farming.
Brewing Instructions: Compatible with standard single-serve pod brewers. Insert pod into your machine and brew according to manufacturer guidelines. For optimal flavor, use filtered water heated to 195–205°F. Brewing time typically ranges from 2–3 minutes. For a stronger cup, select the larger brew size option if available.
