Bali Blue represents the pinnacle of Indonesian coffee craftsmanship. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, this medium-dark roast showcases the region's distinctive terroir through rich notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. The beans—a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties—are cultivated at elevations between 1200 and 1600 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam, then meticulously hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds to preserve their complex character.
Brewing Instructions: For optimal flavor, use freshly ground beans at a medium-coarse consistency. Brew at 195-205°F with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio. Whether using pour-over, French press, or espresso, allow 3-4 minutes of contact time for full-immersion methods. The full body and balanced acidity of Bali Blue excel in both traditional and modern brewing techniques.
