Roast: Dark Roast. This distinguished house blend combines six carefully selected coffees from premier growing regions worldwide, crafted to deliver the rich body and bold character that espresso demands. The meticulous balance of beans creates a sophisticated profile with notes of dark chocolate and subtle spice, ideal for both espresso shots and traditional brewing methods.
Brewing Instructions: For espresso, use a fine grind and tamp firmly to 9 bars of pressure, extracting for 25–30 seconds. For pour-over or drip coffee, use a medium-fine grind with water heated to 195–205°F, allowing 3–4 minutes for optimal extraction. For French press, use a coarse grind and steep for 4 minutes before plunging. Store in an airtight container away from heat and light to preserve freshness.
