At Sonoran Roast Coffee And Tea, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and tea products and excellent customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Because our coffee and tea products are consumable food items that are roasted, blended, and packaged specifically for each order, we do not accept returns of opened products.

For food safety and quality assurance reasons, returned coffee and tea products cannot be restocked or resold.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Customer Service before a return will be accepted. Any package returned without a valid RMA number may be refused or discarded without refund or credit.

Customers must contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return instructions prior to shipping any product.

Do not send returns to the address listed in this policy unless specifically instructed to do so by Customer Service. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided with the RMA authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please email CustomerService@SonoranRoastCoffeeAndTea.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or issue an RMA if a return is required.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or experiences a carrier-related issue, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We will work with you and the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure freshness. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at CustomerService@SonoranRoastCoffeeAndTea.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if the order has not entered production.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund is issued due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Opened tea products
  • Products consumed in whole or in part
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale
