Brewing Recommendations
For optimal flavor, use fresh, filtered water heated to 195–205°F. Grind immediately before brewing. For pour-over or drip methods, use a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio. For espresso, adjust grind and tamping to achieve 25–30 second extraction. Store in an airtight container away from heat and light.
